The EULAR-ACR Exchange Programme

The purpose of the EULAR-ACR Exchange Programme is to promote the international exchange of clinical and research skills, expertise and knowledge within rheumatology.

The program recognises outstanding rheumatology professional faculty in both laboratory and clinic-based research, and provides exposure to the exciting work being done by colleagues overseas. This exchange programme allows participants to share knowledge and experience, and creates opportunities for collaboration.

EULAR has renewed its partnerships with ACR and APLAR in offering a Research Exchange programme with the aim of promoting the international exchange of clinical and research skills, expertise, and knowledge within rheumatology. It recognises outstanding rheumatology professional faculty in both laboratory and clinic-based research, provides exposure to the exciting work being done by colleagues overseas, and creates opportunities for collaboration.

This one-and-a-half-day programme takes place each year in the days immediately leading up to the respective congresses and includes workshops as well as a site visit at a local institution.
